Softball is a game for everyone!
All of our games are played at Sir Jack Brabham Park, 1610 Forest Rd, Orange NSW 2800.
Season duration: October 2024 - March 2025.
It is a summer sport, with a break over the school holidays.
We accept Active Kids Vouchers.
All grades are mixed gender.
Eligible players can register in multiple grades, at a discounted rate for the second grade registration.

Tee Ball B:
Time: 9am Saturday for a 1 hour game
Age: 5 to 7
Rules: Players hit off a fixed tee. Each player will get to bat and field every inning. There are no outs to get our young ones used to the game, whilst having fun and some game awareness is introduced.
What you need: Mouthguard and shin guards. Kitbags and sponsored playing shirts are supplied to each team.
Cost: $135
Tee Ball A:
Time: 9am Saturday for a 1 hour game
Age: 8 to 9
Rules: Players hit off a fixed tee. Introduction to the rules of Softball, each inning ends after the fielders get 3 out or the batters get 5 runs home. A good transition to Modball, with scored games and finals held at the end of the season.
What you need: Mouthguard and shin guards. Kitbags and sponsored playing shirts are supplied to each team.
Cost: $135
Modball:
Time: 10:30am Saturday for a 1 hour 15 minute game
Age: Under 13
Rules: Softball at a Junior level. Players will pitch and catch to each other. Competitive competition, each game is scored and finals held at the end of the season.
What you need: Mouthguard and shin guards. Kitbags and sponsored playing shirts are supplied to each team.
Cost: $160
Under 16's:
Time: 12:15pm Saturday for a 1 hour 30 minute game
Age: Under 16
Rules: More competitive than Modball, as the players skills develop with age. The speed of the pitches and discipline in hitting, makes this level ideal for players transitioning to senior levels.
What you need: Mouthguard and shin guards. Kitbags and sponsored playing shirts are supplied to each team.
Cost: $170
C Grade:
Time: 2pm or 4pm Saturday for a 1 hour 30 minute game
Age: 15 years or older
Rules: A larger softer ball is used, with a fun and friendly competition. Ideal for adult beginners or those just looking to have fun and a laugh, each game is scored and finals held at the end of the season.
What you need: Kitbags with everything you need and sponsored playing shirts are supplied to each team.
Cost: $170 (Junior) and $200 (Adult)
B Grade:
Time: 5:30pm Friday for a 1 hour 30 minute game
Age: 15 years or older
Rules: A larger and harder ball is used. A social game full of laughs, slightly more competitive than C Grade. Ideal for all eligible senior players. Competitive scored competition, with finals at the end of season.
What you need: Kitbags aren't supplied, gloves are available for purchase. Sponsored playing shirts are supplied to each team.
Cost: $170 (Junior) and $200 (Adult)
A Grade:
Time: 2:00pm or 4:00pm Saturday for a 1 hour 30 minute game
Age: 15 years or older
Rules: The most competitive of all the grades, following the rules implemented by Softball New South Wales. Ideal for eligible seniors who have a competitive edge. Each game is scored and finals held at the end of the season.
What you need: Kitbags aren't supplied, but gloves are available for purchase. Sponsored playing shirts are supplied to each team.
Cost: $170 (Junior) and $200 (Adult)
Kandooz:
